At Meharma Ethnic, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
We offer exchanges exclusively for size-related issues. If the item you received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same item only.
Timeframe:
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Availability:
If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange accordingly.
If the size is not available, a credit note will be issued, valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
Initiation:
To initiate an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0345 4666636 with your order number and the size details you wish to exchange.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your size exchange within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation message once your new size has been dispatched.
Non-Eligible Items:
All products are part of ongoing promotions and sales; therefore, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for reasons other than size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
An uncut opening video of the package is required for processing exchanges due to damage.
We will arrange the return of the damaged or incorrect item and send a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Return Policy
General Returns:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Exceptions:
Refunds are only applicable if the product is lost during courier transit and has not been delivered to the customer.

Refund Processing:
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.
3. Additional Guidelines
Non-Returnable Items:
All products are non-returnable due to ongoing promotional pricing.
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, odorless, and in perfect condition.
Items that appear worn, stained, or used will not be accepted.
Return Authorization:
Please do not send returns to the address mentioned on your package.
That is not our return address and may delay or cancel processing.
Contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address.
Unauthorized Returns:
Returns sent without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.
