EXCHANGE POLICY
2.1. If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan. All associated shipping and customs charges will be covered by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
PRICE AND CONTENT INFORMATION
3.1. While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content information, errors may occasionally occur. Meharma Ethnic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or containing inaccurate descriptions. In such cases, customers will be contacted for further instructions, and orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
4.1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, quantity limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additional verification may be required before order acceptance. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified.
DELIVERY CHARGES
5.1. Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and shipment weight. Duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Any customs duties or taxes are payable directly to the courier company upon delivery.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
6.1. Meharma Ethnic is responsible for dispatching your order; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. Once an order has been dispatched, customers are advised to contact the courier service directly regarding delivery concerns. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed where possible.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
7.1. Orders placed on https://meharmaethnic.com/ for international delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional customs clearance charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, and all international shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.
